Orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or EMS, as determined by our shipping broker at in the interest of best rate/service.

Our flat-rate delivery cost for parcels <= 500g is $20CAD. Packages weighing > 500g will incur an additional $10CAD shipping fee.

All sales are final except in the following cases:

    Products received do not match order

    Received product(s) are defective

Goods may be exchanged at our expense wherein either condition applies. Shipping cost may be reimbursed by faxing us a copy of your shipping receipt.
